Thank you for shopping with Noelle's Naturals. Because we sell natural personal care and herbal wellness products, we maintain strict return policies to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on the following products:

Personal care products

Herbal extracts and tinctures

Any ingestible products

Opened or used products
These items cannot be safely restocked or resold once they leave our facility.
For this reason, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please do not send items back to our warehouse without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement product

A refund if a replacement is not available
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order leaves our warehouse and is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.
However, we are happy to assist customers by:

Providing tracking information

Helping initiate a carrier investigation

Assisting with filing a lost package claim when applicable
Customers may also contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
