Directions
Place 1 squeeze of the dropper (1mL) directly under the tongue, or add to 2-3oz of water or juice. Take up to 3x a day. For acute support, take 2-3 (2-3mL) droppers up to 3x a day. Please note, the dropper won't fill entirely due to measuring out 1mL per squeeze.
