This kit includes enough to make over 24oz of elderberry syrup if you follow the directions carefully. Just pour our pre-measured ingredients into the provided cotton brew bag, tie tightly closed, add to a pot and simmer for 30 min. Allow to cool completely and then add 1 cup of the provided honey. Stir well and store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
